Home Care Support

Stay Home. Stay Safe. Stay Connected.

Home comes first. We help families and seniors set up the support, safety and technology that make living at home work, and we help manage home health services along the way.

Home First. Safety Always. Facility When Necessary.

The Right Care. At the Right Time. In the Right Setting.

Most people want to stay in the home they love. We start there. Our first question is always, “What would it take to make home work safely?”

Home Care Support is how we answer it. We listen to your family, look at what is needed day to day, and help you line up the right people, services and technology. We also help you keep track of home health services, so you aren’t managing it all alone.

If home stops being safe, we’ll tell you honestly, and we’ll help you find the next right step. That is the “facility when necessary” part.

Our Simple 4-Step Process

How Home Care Support Works

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Start with a conversation, and we’ll take it one step at a time.

1

Talk With Us

Schedule a home care consultation by phone or online. Tell us about your loved one, their home and what worries you most.

2

Look at What’s Needed

We walk through daily routines, safety, health support and family help, often with our Care Assessment.

3

Build the Home Plan

We recommend the services and technology that fit, which may include Addison Care, and help you set them up and keep them organized.

4

Stay in Touch and Adjust

Needs change. We stay available as they do, and if home stops being the safest setting, we help with the next step.

Our Philosophy

Home First. Safety Always. Facility When Necessary.

This is how we make every recommendation.

⌂

Home First

We look for a safe way to stay home before we talk about moving. Home is where most people want to be.

✓

Safety Always

Safety guides every choice. We’ll be honest when a plan isn’t working, and we’ll help you change it.

♥

Facility When Necessary

When a community is the right answer, we help you find one and plan the move with care.
