Floor Care & Maintenance Programs

Floor Care Programs That Make Your Community Safer, Cleaner, and Longer-Lasting

Structured cleaning, finishing and maintenance programs for assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities.

Service Overview

Floors Are Where Residents Walk, Roll, and Sometimes Fall

Floors touch almost every part of community life. They affect resident safety, infection control, the first impression families get, and how much you spend on repairs and replacement.

A good floor care program is more than mopping. It is the right methods and products, a clear schedule, trained people and regular checks. We help you design that program and put it into daily practice.

Service FAQs

Questions About Floor Care Programs

Do You Clean the Floors Yourselves?

Our role is consulting: we design the program, train your team, and check quality. If you use an outside contractor, we can help define the scope of work and review results.

Will You Recommend Specific Products or Equipment?

We help you choose products and equipment that suit your floor types, residents and staff. Recommendations are based on your community’s needs, not on brand preferences.

Can Better Floor Care Reduce Falls?

Well-maintained floors and good wet-floor practices support fall prevention, but falls have many causes. We cannot promise a specific reduction.

Does This Help with Infection Control?

Yes. Cleaning methods and surface care are part of infection prevention. We can coordinate this program with an infection prevention review.

How Often Should Floors Be Refinished?

It depends on the floor type, traffic and finish. We set a schedule for each area based on what we find.

Can We Start with One Wing or Unit?

Yes. Many communities begin with one area, see the results, and expand over time.
